The Ultimate Bridezilla Cake

I have seen this cake many times before but thought that I would write a little about it.

It doesn’t actually need any more coverage. I’m pretty sure that if I did a search on Google to find a bit more info on it I would find that it has been viewed maybe 5 million times.

But have blog, will have my say.

This is a strange one because as a peice of edible sculpture in its own right it is amazng. The work involved and detail to complete an exact replica of the bride is breath taking.

The other emotion this induces is uneasiness. The likeness is so accurate that it is pretty freaky.

When creating your perfect wedding cake you don’t usually have to consider the risk factor of your husband to be marrying your cake instead of you.

One other thing that hits me (excuse the pun) is the size of the boobs on the cake. The bride herself is not looking too thrilled. Maybe that risk I mentioned has increased with the groom seeing the frontal arrangement on the cake.

It is a shame that the wierdness of this cake is the thing that attracts so much attention. It’s kind of car crash viewing.

Maybe I could make a replica of my husband’s head for his birthday but then I would have to factor in at least 30 hours to make and attach edible sugar stubble. He is the hairiest man I know.
