Gold and Chocolate Wedding Cake

This wedding cake was created using an embossing effect and chocolate cake covering.
The cake was two tiers of chocolate sponge cake with chocolate orange ganache filling.

Chocolate Rose Birthday Cake

This birthday cake was chocolate on top of chocolate. The cake was rich gooey chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache.
The rose was made from rolled out chocolate paste. This paste rolls out just as fondant does but is a rich dark brown colour and contains cocoa solids. I rolled out thin sausage strips and curled them down the side of the cake.
