Nappy Cakes?
What are nappy cakes? you may be asking, just as I did.
I must admit that my first thought was “not sure they would taste too good” but of course they are not cakes made from used nappies but products for new mums all wrapped up and stacked like cakes.

Louboutin Shoe Birthday Cake
This designer shoe cake was made for a 30th birthday celebration.
The cake was chocolate sponge covered with chocolate marzipan and fondant. I began by making the shoe. I cut the shoe shape from the sponge, filled it with chocolate butter cream and covered it with chocolate marzipan. Ribbon and Jewel Wedding Cake
This Wedding cake was designed to match the ribbons and jewels of the bride’s wedding dress.
It was a three tiered cake comprising fruit cake, chocolate cake and a dummy polystyrene tier

Daisy Wedding Cake
This wedding cake was made for a summer wedding with the reception in a marquee decorated with daisies and some wild flowers.
The main colour on the cake is pale eucalyptus. It has pale yellow and white daisies and brush embroidery decorations.
