Orchid Wedding Cake

This wedding cake is a variation of the white orchid wedding cake in my gallery.

My clients liked the feather like finish of the orchids on that cake but wanted to incorporate the colours in their theme.

The colour scheme for them included purple, slate blue and pink and they wanted pale versions of these colours for the flowers.

Each tier has a combination of these colour flowers.

The wedding was being held at Maidens Barn in High Easter and the venue was decorated with white linen and delicate little lights around the hall.

The cake was displayed on a porcelain stand which was just right for the style of the cake and the venue.
