Cakes we made in January, 2012

I loved making this cake. Partly because it has the classic tiffany box which always looks lovely but mostly because it had a Jimmy Choo shoe as part of it.

My client wanted to have this shoe on the cake as it is his wife’s favourite shoe. I made the shoe with an internal paper mache structure as it is makes the shoe stronger and less prone to breakage.
