Cake Decorating Workshops

Hello all you fellow sugarcrafters.

I get lots of enquiries about teaching and courses so I am considering running some workshops in 2012.

I am not entirely sure what they will include or how long they will run for but plan to run some one day workshops to focus on some simple decorating techniques to start with such as achieving a smooth cake covering and creating some pretty effects.

I would like to hear your thoughts and ideas on what you would like to learn if you were to sign up for a workshop.

I would like to gauge the level of interest in these workshops before organising them so please register your interest and ideas in the comments box below.

Thanks and happy cake decorating!
