Cute for Cupcakes

With the trend for mini cakes and cupcakes on the increase this mini cupcake stand is a lovely accessory to compliment your scrumptious cupcakes.

It is one of a range created by Whitney Smith.

It is not the most practical stand as it is designed for one cupcake.

If you did want to give a cupcake to a friend for whatever occasion they might have to re think your friendship status (fans of Kath & Kim will know that this ranges from 2nd to 6th best friend.)

That said I do love it. You could fit three cupcakes on the stand even though they would overlap the edge slightly. The perfect start to a girlie shopping, lunch and pampering fest.

One of the other stands in the range is pictured above with the cute little daisies on it.

You could fit lots of cupcakes on this one and secure your friendship status at 1st.

Ultimately scrummy cakes are made for scoffing and you may not think they need to be beautifully displayed before this happens.

But I say that having worked hard and created something for someone you love - this obviously includes yourself it should have pride of place on a beautiful stand.
