Chocolate Roses Birthday Cake

This chocolate birthday cake was covered with rich chocolate ganache and then covered with roses and blossom flowers in fondant icing.
I made the rose petals by rolling out balls of coloured fondant and then making them into tear drop shapes. Then I placed them inside a plastic bag and squashed them with my thumb.
