A Sweet Experience

Sweety Birthday Cake

How would you like to learn about sugar craft and cake decorating?

I am looking for someone who would like to do some work experience with me.

You will have the opportunity to learn about cake covering, flower making, modelling techniques, piping and lots more!

Now doesn’t that sound good.

I am looking toward the possibility of expanding my business and employing someone at some point in the future.

So if you are interested in the prospect of a career in sugarcraft and cake making/decorating then this could be a great opportunity for you.

I am looking for someone who can be flexible, get involved and is willing to help. In return you will get some great experience and learn about lots of techniques.

If you are interested please email me or leave a comment on this post.

Darn! If only you were in the states! I would love to learn from you. I enjoy reading your blog and seeing your beautiful creations. Wish I could volunteer for this opportunity :(

Wow, what an opportunity. I would love a chance like this. Pity you’re not a bit closer to Cheshire :-(

Hi, I\’ve been looking for some kind of cake decorating work experience for a long time and am still really interested in gaining some more skills. When would this work experience take place?

Hi Amanda!! I have e mailed you a couple of times in the past!! I was just looking at your latest blogs and could not believe what I read- I would love to learn more if you would be willing to teach me!! As I told you I am going to Lindy Smith Cake intro day at the end of this month. I am totally flexible and only live just outside Maldon so am close by. If you would like to meetup for an informal chat please contact me!!! I was looking to see if you had any tips on Madeira cake- mine seems to have a lovely flavour but I think it is too dry- I am wrapping the tins well, bowl of water in fan oven and 1/4 tsp per egg glycerine but am still not happy!! Any tips appreciated!!!

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Unfortunately I’m all the way up in Manchester :(
