21st Birthday Cake
Pretty obvious what this cake was for! It is a vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream filling.
My client in this case was pretty definite about what she wanted and gave me some pictures of other number cakes.
I particularly like the colour of this cake. The black against a yellow background is very striking but the overall colour is subtle.

l loved the and cake and the taste was fantastic…everyone loved it. The only problem was that there wasn’t enough, l’m hoping for a bigger one next time.
